Pro Fischer's basic, versatile cruiser boot caught the eyes of our testers. There's nothing fancy about the MX Pro, but with dual-side cuff-alignment, a well crafted thermo-moldable liner and a buckle system that our testers found to be very effective, it handles stance and fit issues nicely. The heel is particularly anatomic in shape, which gives the boot surprisingly strong steering capabilities. It plowed through slushy piles of off-piste spring snow at Vail with unusual command for boots in this class. The MX Pro has firm leg contact with the medial (inside) cuff wall. We had just one size of this boot, so only our men were able to test it. "Just lean into the turn, and you will be arcing," said Hogen. "Feedback, however, is somewhat damp." Con Judged hardest boot in the category to put on and take off. Top Scores Lateral Response 3.0, Closure System 3.0, Adjustability 2.9
