About Halley O’Brien:

The art of The Snow Report: It's a 4:30 a.m. alarm and infinite cups of coffee. It's the privilege of first turns and last chairs. It's the ability to turn powder days into pictures, and lemons into lemonade. It's telling stories, and entertaining the people that love the mountains just as much as you do.

Basically, it's one of the best jobs ever. And no one knows that better than Halley. Halley O'Brien is a ski industry storyteller, hailing from Boulder, Colorado by way of New Jersey and Vermont.

She began her career as Snow Reporter at Mount Snow, Vermont where she pioneered one of the first video snow report shows called the "Mount Snow Minute." After a season-long stint there, Halley returned to her home state of New Jersey and became Mountain Creek’s public relations and multimedia manager.

Now a Colorado resident, Halley hosts and produces a variety of web and television shows throughout the ski industry, including the SnoCountry Snapshot, The Weather Channel’s No Boundaries, and, now, The Snow Report.

But if all of that doesn't ring a bell, you probably recognize her from your local dive bar's karaoke night. She was the one fearlessly belting out the entire Disney collection. She makes no apologies.
