#4: Telluride, CO
It would be hard to beat Telluride on scenery. Situated in a horseshoe canyon with several waterfalls visible from the center of town, it's absolutely stunning. Why else would the beautiful people like Tom Cruise and Oprah flock to the town? It could also be the world-class dining, eclectic shopping, and it's pension for music. Every summer, the town hosts the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, where thousands of people flock to the outdoor concert and camping event to see bands like Ryan Adams (this year) and Counting Crows (last year).
