STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO — The Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation announced Season Pass & Super Value Pass prices for the 2005/06 season, which will feature for the 20th consecutive year the popular Kids Ski Free„¢ pass option with an adult season pass purchase--the only program of its kind in Colorado. Season Passes and Super Value Passes are currently on sale via Steamboat Central Reservations® and the resort's website and will go on sale through the Main Ticket Office starting Friday, June 10th.

"Steamboat's line-up of pass products continues to offer great value and flexibility for our broad customer base, said Andy Wirth, vice president of sales & marketing. "Industry leading programs such as the Family Pass, featuring Kids Ski Free, the Merchant Pass program and the Super Value Pass are all a part of a comprehensive structure that ensures attractive pricing for everyone.

Steamboat's 2005/2006 unrestricted adult season pass offers incredible value for the high frequency skier/rider for as low as $6.75 per day. The early pricing options for all passes, purchased through August 15th, provide exceptional savings with up to 36% off regular season pricing (purchased after November 19th).

The resort's pioneering Family Pass program returns for its 20th season. This family program offers a child (12 & under) a free season pass with the purchase of an adult season pass by their parent or legal guardian. For Steamboat families, the average price per person for a family of four with the family program is just $463 for the entire season if purchased during early season. Last year, over 1,000 kids were able to take advantage of Steamboat's Family Season Pass Program. Special discounts will continue to be offered for additional children in the same family, and all children age five and under ski for only $30 for the 2005-06 season.

The resort will again offer the Silver Medallion, the top tier of season passes for the resort, and the Merchant Pass, which enables Steamboat Chamber Resort Association members to purchase season passes on a payment plan for their full-time employees. This year's Merchant Pass program will again have two pricing tiers, with the lowest pricing being offered to those businesses participating in the Fly Steamboat Air Program.

All pass products are available for purchase with just a click of the mouse through steamboat.com/seasonpass. Online customers will find a secure and easy-to-use interface, including a fully automated process with confirmed email verification and the ability to speak live with an agent if necessary. In addition, when an adult pass (+18 yrs) is purchased online, via fax, over the phone or through the mail, and there is a valid photo in our system taken during the 2002/03, 2003/04 or 2004/05 season, that adult pass will be mailed directly to the individual eliminating the need to stop by the ticket office.
