Snowshoe Mountain got dumped this weekend with the arrival of winter storm Jonas. They received 36 inches in 36 hours, and now we hate them. Ok not really, mostly we just want to be them.

Closing days have come and gone at North American ski resorts, but ski season is about to begin in South America. Ski Portillo has received seven feet of snow in the last week… that’ a foot a day, folks! The resort will open on June 18 (be we think they should probably open early, don’t you?).
