Mike Montgomery from San Diego put down a clean run, while Paul Basagotia nabbed second, despite a massive crash that left him unconscious (he recovered consciousness before heading to the hospital in an ambulance).

Czech paddler Honza Lasko took home top honors for the men, while Adriene Levknecht took 1st for the ladies.



Defending champion Daniel Woods, climbing here in the qualifiers, did not advance to the finals to defend his title.

Austrains reigned supreme as Kilian Fischhuber and Anna Stohr took home the honors. American Alex Puccio placed second for the ladies, while no USA men advanced to the finals.

Emily Jackson took home first for the ladies, and Dustin Urban snagged first for men.


The 5k run challenged competitors to three laps, and three chances to get extra muddy.

Pups had their chance to compete, too: speed retrieve and extreme vertical.

Kayaking whitewater? Tough. Stand-Up-Paddleboarding whitewater? Insane.
