The Skoki warmingly greets its guests with a rustic design and homey feel.

The lodge is tucked deep in Alberta’s Banff National Park, surrounded by endless acres of dreamy skiing terrain.

When avalanche-prone conditions keep visitors off the hill, cozying up in the lodge still makes for a wonderful day.

No matter which route you choose when out and about in Banff National Park, it will be nothing short of epic.

“Every morning starts with freshly baked bread, and nights often end with freshly caught fish, homemade sweets, and, of course, wine,” says author and photographer Crystal Sagan.

It really just doesn’t get much better than this.

Everyone needs a little alone time now and then, and this is the perfect place to find it.

A full spread of meat, cheese, fruit, homemade bread, and soup is simply commonplace at Skoki.

Skoki’s staff is always happy to serve guests—probably because they get to work and play in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Hanging fireside and reading by candlelight are wonderfully relaxing ways to ignore the stresses of the real world. Find out more about our adventure here.
