How to do it

Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart, and hold two ski poles directly out in front of you with arms outstretched. Slowly bend at the waist, to a 90-degree position, keeping your legs straight. Hold for 5 to 10 seconds, and repeat three times.

What it does The Ski Pole Stretch strengthens the torso, which keeps the whole body in alignment.
