Coincidentally, here in the Skiing office our editorial director, Greg, is known for mixing super strong margs. So, in honor of the Battle of Puebla, sunshine, and tequila, here’s our boss’s not-so-secret margarita recipe.
Agave Tequila. Lots.
Salt, or not.
Insert first three ingredients, heavy on the tequila side, into coffee pot (Perfect for portion control. Happens to already be lying around). Stir. Add triple sec.
Now, Greg’s secret step. Add more tequila. Then some more.
If you’re feeling fancy, slice some limes and salt up some glasses. We keep a stash of Dixie cups on hand for exactly this purpose.
You can probably take it from there.
