You’d be hard-pressed to find another powder ski that can keep up with the Sheeva 11 on firmer snow. Testers were impressed by how stable this fat ski felt on edge—but then, this ski’s construction, featuring a multi-layer wood core, Titanal, and carbon, was designed to come alive at speed. The downside to this beefy construction: The Sheeva 11 is not the most user-friendly pow ski in the category. But if you’re willing to throw your weight around, the Sheeva 11 will reward you.

STRENGTHS: Stability at Speed, Flotation

WEAKNESSES: Playfulness, Forgiveness
