With an all-mountain, versatile 95-mm waist, the Alpha X is designed to stomp park hits, carve on groomed, and surf through soft stuff. Subtle rocker on tip and tail allows a catch-free feel for buttering nose and tail presses, while camber underfoot enhances carving. A Triple Zone Core contains three high-density wood stringers, which are reinforced by fiberglass for lightweight torsional rigidity. Cap constructions in the tip and tail makes for light swing weight and easier spinning, while carbon and Kevlar stringers in the tail add pop and durability. “Twist, pivot and skid is what this ski is all about.
