Last season, while still a design student, 25-year-old Ryan Schmies composed a graphic for K2’s Public Enemy skis that spanned three ski sizes. This season, K2 gave him two more sizes to work with-more room for this Kojak-meets-Nikita-Khrushchev-style propaganda mural, which looks sharp when grouped on store shelves. At least he didn’t use Che Guevara.
