Dalbello has stepped up its efforts to build women’s boots, and the Electra is a winner. A heat-moldable liner is tapered in the rear-foot/heel zone, yet roomy in the forefoot and instep—a nice blend of comfort and accuracy. The cuff is lowered and flared. Shell and liner materials are light and well insulated. Testers were bowled over. “One of the few boots in the category with enough spunk to generate steering power,” said Sheinberg.
