DPS flags its new Yvette 112 as a do-everything ski. on powder days, the waist width (112 mm) will help keep women afloat, and its healthy dose of tip and tail rocker will give it a smeary feel that’ll be easier to turn. But with camber underfoot and a 15-18 m radius, Yvette is designed to hold her own on groomers and in crud too. Skiers get two options with the new Yvette: a pure carbon core or a more traditional fiberglass/carbon/bamboo core. It’s one of two skis in DPS’s women’s line (that also consists of the Uschi 85 and the Nina 99) that is offered in two core materials (the other is the Nina 99). All of the skis in the women’s line are meant for women who rip, and aren’t afraid of big lines no matter what the day’s snow is like.
