Progressor F19 Ti Racetrack The Progressor F19 Ti Racetrack is a giant slalom-style ski intended for ripping groomers with ease. Its dimensions are very similar to a World Cup race ski (122 mm tip, 75 mm waist, 104 mm tail) but its use of Dual Radius System (see below for details) gives it a 13-17 m radius, designed to adapt easily to any turn style or terrain. The ski's Air Tec core is also said to be 25% lighter than before, which is Fischer's attempt to make this ski more playful than a true stiff and heavy race ski. This ski is part of Fischer's Progressor series, which specializes in race-like skis that are designed to tear up groomers. Razorshape sidewalls are leveled to reduce weight and minimize contact with the snow. A dual radius system is designed to allow different radiuses in the tip and tail for easy engagement and adaptation to big and small turns. On Piste Rocker is built to slightly lift the tips and tail up and off the ground to get over powder and other varied conditions, designed to make turn engagement easier. Whether you're trying to catch up with Ted Ligety, trying to win your local beer league, or just trying to go make some smooth groomer turns, this might be the best series Fischer has to offer you. Fischer, based in Ried im Innkreis, Austria, was founded in 1923. Its U.S. headquarters are in Auburn, N.H.
