The Cyclic 115 is the second-widest ski in the Freeski series behind the Turbine 125, with a 148 mm tip, 113 mm waist, and 131 mm tail (at 181 cm). It also has a long, 19 m radius (at 181 cm) designed for wide-open turns on whatever terrain the day presents you with. This is intended as a hard-charging powder ski, much thanks to TNT Rocker, Head's most aggressive rocker profile that lifts tips and tails up and off the ground, designed to float on powder and get up and over variable conditions. The profile makes the ski 40% rockered, while 60% remains cambered underfoot, designed for optimal carving. For something similar but skinnier, check out the Collective 105 and Venturi 95. And for something similar but wider, check out the Turbine 125. The Freeski series is Head's most powder-focused series, with waist widths ranging between 95 - 124 mm. Sandwich Cap Construction is designed to hold everything together no matter how hard you're charging with a variety of materials including Graphene (Head says this is "the strongest, lightest and thinnest material known to mankind") and titanal, collectively designed for responsiveness and power. This construction also features a cap that wraps over part of the sidewall, intended to prevent edges and sidewalls from catching on variable snow. If you're a fan of skiing deep snow, jumping off cliffs, and barreling through chutes, this might be the best series Head has to offer you. Head, based in Kennelbach, Austria, was founded in 1950. Its U.S. headquarters are in Boulder, Colorado.
