Unchanged in design but again in a group with the category’s best. It sits right in the middle of the fit tension spectrum between the best of the narrow and the best of the wide so skiers with somewhat narrow feet that want comfort and warmth as well as skiers with wide feet that want a snug fit can all find satisfaction here alongside those with medium dogs. The stance geometry is remarkably balanced and the flex is right on the money—for most. Some felt the boot a touch tall and upright, but with a flex that felt a bit shy of the marked 130, it seems every tester found a way to move well through the fore-aft balance range. The adjustments are without reproach, functional and simple: Velcro rear spoiler, single lateral cuff adjustment, replaceable grippy soles and a new lightweight cam-buckle cinching power strap. Tester Comments: "Lange has this set-up perfectly. I wore this boot for five hours and never unbuckled." "Racers and hardcore skiers will find these effective bedroom slippers."
