Waist Width: 102
The all-new Sick Day 102 is the middle ground ski in the Sick Day Collection, with a 135 mm tip, 102 mm waist, 120 mm tail, and 17.1 m radius. Line says this is "perfect split" between the Sick Day 95 and Sick Day 110, performing equally as well on hardpack as it does in the soft stuff. If you spend your time evenly between the groomers, powder, and other varied conditions, this might be the best ski Line has to offer you from its Sick Day Collection. The Sick Day collection specializes in big mountain skis intended to rip all sorts of terrain. Each model in the series (except the Tourist) shares a few aspects of technology: A Maple Macroblock core is designed to be extra durable through the integration of maple stringers (strips of maple wood) surrounded by aspen wood. Five Cut technology combines five different sidecut designs, intended to collectively simplify turn initiation and grip. Thin Tip technology lightens the tips, designed to reduce swing weight and chatter. Directional Flex integrates a softer tip and stiffer tail, designed to initiate turns well while maintaining stability throughout the transition to the next turn. Line, founded in 1995, is based in Seattle, Washington.
