The Nordica Radict is Nordica’s widest ski, designed for maximum flotation in deep powder. The Radict uses Nordica’s “high rise” blend of camber and rocker, which has the most amount of rocker in any Nordica model. It also features Nordica’s “Hammer Head Nose” which is a wide tip (and tail) with sidecut that extends beyond the forward contact point. The idea is that when the ski is tipped on edge, it still makes edge contact along the entire length of the ski despite rockered ends. It’s certainly a powder ski, but it’s designed to handle occasional firm patches.
