Roxy made a name for itself in the ’90s as the first surfing apparel company to take female athletes seriously. So after entering the ski world in 2005, the company nailed its SKI test debut with the Joyrider. A perfect balance of playfulness and power, it’s an all-mountain ripper capable of anything, but most comfortable firing off quick turns. Though the 162-cm test length was short for many testers, it still scored well in Long Turns, and almost all lauded the ski for its versatility. “A good and steady athletic ski,” said Chappell.
