Salomon XT Wings GTX

This is Salomon’s top-of-the-line trail running shoe. It’s the perfect thing to help you stay in shape during the lulls in the winter storm cycles. The GTX features a full Gore-Tex membrane that keeps your feet warm and dry regardless of whether you're running through mud or snow. Salomon has also given the GTX an extra-wide Contragrip outsole. This extra stable platform provides superior grip in all conditions and directions. Aside from its technical merits, the GTX is also a superior shoe in terms of comfort and weight, making it easier for you to log that extra mile. One thing to note, the GTX is best suited to wider feet. Narrower feet may find themselves swimming around in the front of the shoe. The only down side here is the price.
