Waist Width: 87
The Reverse is a groomer-focused ski with waist widths ranging between 85 - 89 mm, depending on ski length. It's constructed with beech, poplar, paulownia, and top and bottom laminate sheets, collectively intended to make the ski lightweight and give it a consistent, versatile flex profile. Venturi Tip Rocker integrates a hollow tip that's lifted up and off the ground, intended for solid turn initiation, stability, and floatation. With the tip lifted off the ground, less edge makes contact with the snow, which Scott calls Pre-Track Technology. The brand says this allows for both smooth short and long turns no matter what terrain you're on. Dual Radius Technology gives the ski two different radii, longer in the front and shorter in the back, designed to handle a variety of turning styles. While this is a groomer ski, it's also intended to make its way out to off-piste conditions every once in a while. So if you're a groomer skier who likes to occasionally try out different terrain, this is one of Scott's best offerings for you. Scott, based in Givisiez, Switzerland, was founded in 1958. Its U.S. headquarters are in Salt Lake City, Utah.
