What's New: Fisher introduces a new series of Short All-Mountain (SAM's) twin-tip skis with the Sceneo 3 headlining the trio (Sceneo 2 $495, and Sceneo 1 $425).

Cool Factor: The new SAM's utilize the AirCarbon, Power Vacuum, and 3D top shape technologies found in previous Fisher skis to make a ski that is both maneuverable and buoyant off of the groomers.

Extra, Extra: The Sceneo 3 Short All-Mountain ski gives the upper-intermediate to lower-advanced skier a tool that makes exploring the mountain and the way they ski it fun and easy.

Word in the Shop: "We took what we learned from our short slalom race skis that Bode Miller skis on (108 CM) and our wide Big Stix powder skis to make our SAM's short and wide," said alpine product manager Chris Clapp. "They're built to be skied 10 to 20 cm's shorter with plenty of width for when you're off the groomers. They'll turn on a dime or rip a GS turn at warp speed. And a turned-up tail for when the urge strikes to get creative."
