Halley O’Brien, host of The Snow Report Show, has been honored with her fifth Regional Emmy® nomination for her work as on-camera talent during the show's 2018-2019 run. The show's fourth season was filled with accidental bachelor party guests, doggy après, ski area ASMR, gear, beer, and snow from coast to coast.
“I absolutely love this show and the community we’ve built over the last four years, and I couldn’t be prouder of the quality content we produce every week throughout the winter season,” says host and executive producer O’Brien.
“The Snow Report Show lets us share our passion for snow sports while not taking ourselves too seriously. It’s a perfect blend and it resonates with likeminded people across the country,” O’Brien continues. “I love what I do, and I’m so honored to have this work recognized and celebrated by the Heartland NATAS.”

The Snow Report’s relatable humor and authentic winter storytelling, as well as its extensive roster of partner ski resorts throughout North America, helps promote skiing and snowboarding to a broad, inclusive audience.
“Halley’s vibrant energy on The Snow Report Show is unparalleled,” says Jon Jay, Digital Content Editor at SKI Magazine. “Her audience continues to expand each season thanks to smartly produced episodes and her appeal to everyone familiar with snowsports. The Snow Report is helping grow the sport of skiing while making viewers smile.”
Earlier this year, O'Brien received the North American Snowsports Journalism Association’s Mitch Kaplan Award for 2019, which is "presented to the journalist whose work and spirit best captures the enthusiasm and dedication of the late Mitch Kaplan, NASJA’s former secretary-treasurer."
