Day 5: Strength Endurance Day

Today’s going to be tough—so get ready! We’ll focus on strength endurance, which is important at the end of a hard ski run or long day on the slopes. We’ll get your legs burning today, but keep pushing. Remember, it’s all about skiing hard all season.
