In skiing, there are two ways to put your skis on their edges: inclination and angulation. Inclination is synonomous with tipping. You can tip your entire body (sometimes referred to as banking) or individual body parts. Tipping or inclining your entire body is a good option in slow-speed, long-radius turns.
