What is the best way to improve your skiing this year? Get in shape.

Be ready to charge all day long by prepping your legs with ski fitness guru Shannon Bahrke, yoga instructor Ashley Battersby, and U.S. Ski Team nutrition and dietician Allen Tran.

Partnering with the U.S. Ski Team, SKI Mag has created an 8-week online ski fitness class that you can take with you anywhere there is internet. Each class is an hour long or less, with a Monday through Saturday schedule and a rest day on Sunday.

Coached by U.S. Ski Team veteran and two-time olympic medal winner Shannon Bahrke, the online fitness course will take you through strength and cardio days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

X-Games medalist and U.S. Freeskiing athlete Ashley Battersby is a certified yoga instructor and will walk you through your weekly yoga practice on Wednesdays.

U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association’s dietitian, Allen Tran, will walk you through meal plans, eating healthy and how to correctly fuel yourself for long days on the slopes. Allen will work with you during your hour of training on Fridays.
