This fine dining restaurant has a full bar, and a large outdoor seating area, so you can enjoy an après-ski drink while still wearing your gear. At dinner, their menu is focused on regional, seasonal cuisine: their signature dishes include scallops with corn, spicy sausage, and mustard vinaigrette, saddle of rabbit with buttered noodles, carrots, and mustard sauce, and ricotta gnocchi with toasted hazelnuts and sage.
