LAST TRIP ON THE OLD LADY

After servicing some of North America's gnarliest terrain for the past 40 years, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort's iconic tram is being retired next September. Retired? Though experts deemed the aging box "operable for multiple years," resort officials decided to retire the "old lady" before any safety issues arose. Stranger still, the resort hasn't figured out how to replace the beloved cable car. We're not expecting a Poma, though.
