A friendlygreeting and an exciting eight minute gondola ride start the experience.Breathtaking views entertain diners as they quietly ascend to 9,095 feetto the new Bridger Restaurants building. Warm hospitality, a beautifulatmosphere, magnificent scenery, fine western cuisine, and superbservice await the Couloir diner.

The Executive Chef, Wes Hamilton has created an extraordinary Westernmenu that excites the palette. He cares about his diners and willconsistently keep the menu fresh reflecting the seasonality of JacksonHole. Recently returning to Jackson, where he previously led kitchens atthe renowned Jenny Lake Lodge and Four Seasons Resort, Wes and his teamwill be offering a five or three course fixed price menu each night thatmatches the magnificence of the surroundings.

From the moment guests step off the gondola, they will sense JHMR'sconcern for protecting the fragile environment with attention torecycled products, renewable lyptus woods and solar enhancement in thebuilding design. The menu will reflect high quality organic ingredients,produced locally where possible.
