The last thing you expect to find in a nondescript mall on Main Street is Shabu, dressed in nightclub black, boisterous as an après-ski bar and inventively pan-Asian in its tastes. Firecracker shrimp and a Death Roll – made with soft-shell crab – share the bill with a Black Angus ribeye given the Thai treatment.
