Located in the Silver Lake Lodge, this restaurant serves breakfast and includes items such as homemade sharp cheddar biscuit bacon egg sandwiches, Irish oatmeal, homemade pastries and more. For lunch, stations include a carvery, natural salad buffet, entrée specials, hamburgers and deli sandwiches. Don’t miss the carved Niman Ranch sirloin strip roast with fingerling potatoes, sautéed vegetables and béarnaise sauce.

Named in honor of resort founder Edgar B. Stern, this atmospheric après-ski bar is a classic gathering spot for signature cocktails, live music, and a tasty small-plates menu. Look for Deer Valley’s signature cocktails here, such as the Blueberry Mojito. A menu of light snacks greets skiers coming in off the slopes. Mediterranean Trio, with roasted red pepper and grilled scallion hummus, tzatziki, and baba ghanoush served with sesame flatbread. Stop by for live music on weekends and holidays.

Visit our restaurant at the resort’s base for full breakfast and lunch spreads daily, plus a gourmet coffee bar for espressos, lattes, and more. The breakfast menu serves up house-made granola, cereals, fruits, eggs Benedict, challah French toast, and more. Dig into deli sandwiches, burgers, pizza, soups, and stews at lunch. We recommend the butternut squash, shiitake mushroom, and Anasazi bean enchilada with fresh cilantro and fresh-roasted tomatillo sauce.

Stop by this new eatery inside the Silver Lake Lodge for steaming bowls of Vietnamese Pho with all the fixings. Choose between a rich beef or ginger-mushroom broth, then add your choice of thin-sliced Wagyu beef or tofu and shitake mushrooms along with glass noodles, bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime, chiles, and mint for the perfect slopeside lunch.

A cozy cabin at the top of Flagstaff Mountain, Cushing’s specializes in chili, hot cocoa and quick snacks in an enviable setting with 360-degree views of the Uinta and Wasatch mountain ranges. Warm up with a bowl of our famous Turkey Chili, made with black beans, corn, red bell peppers and green chiles.

Our upper-mountain day lodge sits at the base of the Empire and Ruby Express chairlifts with views of the Daly Bowl and Chutes. Serving breakfast and lunch daily. An extensive grill menu is the hallmark at Empire Canyon Grill. Panini, pastas, burgers, daily grilled specialties, and a Natural Salad Bar round out the offerings. Try the beef tenderloin sandwich with house-made ketchup, fresh chive aioli, onion, and asiago cheese on a brioche bun or the fish tacos, made with fried Pacific cod, guacamole and chipotle coleslaw and served in a grilled corn tortilla.
