As the West coast got tons of snow, the East opened a few ski areas. Check out photos from both sides of the country here.

Week of November 13, 2008

After it the massive dumps of last week, many thought it couldn’t get better. Opening days were moved up, poachers got first tracks, but this week got plenty of snow too. See the pictures and judge for yourself which week had the DUMP.

Week of November 20, 2008

Most areas of the country experienced a pretty warm week with temperatures reaching 75 degrees F in some places. The snow did come, however, and stuck in the places that count: the slopes. Check out the pictures of the accumulating snowfall and open resorts here.

Week of December 4, 2008

After quite a long dry spell, snow fell in abundant amounts over the holiday weekend, giving resorts in Vermont, California, Wyoming, Utah, Europe, and especially Colorado something to celebrate. Check out the massive dumps (40 inches in 24 hours!) here.

Week of December 11, 2008

The Mid-West and West got slammed with snow this week as even Michigan saw upwards of eight inches. Some resorts in Colorado saw measurements in feet. Check out who got the goods here.

Week of December 18, 2008

Tons of snow bombed different parts of the country this week. Check to see if your favorite resort was one of the casualties.

Week of December 23, 2008

It seems the whole country is celebrating the end of 2008 with big dumps. The Midwest and Rockies got pounded this week (especially Utah and Colorado). Check out pictures from the last dump of the year here.

Week of January 8, 2009

Utah got pounded this week with almost every resort in the state seeing over six inches of snow. The Midwest and some east coast resorts got snow as well. Check out who here.

Week of January 15, 2009

Colorado got slammed early in the week as Midwestern and Eastern resorts felt the fluff later on.

Week of January 22, 2009

While the big resorts might not have gotten a ton of snow this week, the little guys in Maryland, Maine, and Michigan (among others) rejoiced.

We were right! The East took it's turn this week and got slammed with over two feet of snow in some areas. Check the pictures here.

The Southwest got SLAMMED this week with snow measurements being taken in feet, not inches.

The resorts in Northern California are rejoicing as some got 13 feet in ten days. This is what we call stupid powder.

Week of February 26, 2009

The east coast snagged most of the snow this week with some places getting a foot a day for a few days.

Week of March 5, 2009

While some states saw spring-like conditions this week, resorts in California and West Virginia saw big numbers (4 Feet!) and major pow.

Dump of the Week: March 12, 2009

After people around the country started to bring out the barbecues and put on flip flops, Ullr decided he wasn’t finished yet. Colorado and Utah got slammed with a ton of snow for a nice spring surprise.
