Truckee, CA September 23--Booth Creek Ski Holdings announced today it was teaming with East West Partners, a mountain resort developer known for its role in building Beaver Creek village, to complete Northstar-at-Tahoe's long-term real estate development. George Gillett, chairman of Booth Creek, said East West Partners was "the best" choice for helping the company complete the master plan for its flagship resort.
The team will complete building a variety of multi-family neighborhoods, including townhomes, condominiums, single-family houses and hotel units. Restaurants, retail shops, conference facilities and entertainment venues are also part of the plan.
According to East West founder Harry Frampton, the resort community that develops will be "respectful of the Lake Tahoe environment and sensitive to Truckee-Tahoe regional concerns."
