We weren’t expecting to find good sushi in Ogden, Utah, either. But we did. This up-and-coming ski town, which is near Powder Mountain and Snowbasin, has a growing list of high-quality dining options, including Tona, located on the town’s main street. They’ve got an extensive list of Japanese-style tapas (try the baby back ribs basted in jalapeno teriyaki), udon noodle bowls, and fresh sashimi and rolls. Save room for their fried ginger ice cream with raspberry sauce.
