Chasing backcountry powder off Whistler, two Canadians and four Americans found themselves hope-lessly lost. Unbeknownst to them, a turn to the west led to a road; east meant more wilderness. They went east. To keep warm, the wayward morons spent the night in an outhouse. As their body temperatures plummeted, the Mr. Howell of the group decided they could generate heat by burning money-to the tune of $200. The next morning, they continued their hike-east. They were later rescued.
