Jackson Hole, WY Mar. 25–Paul Casey Puckett skied a technically sound run, but came up just short , finishing 0.65 seconds behind Rahlves for second place in today’s Super G.
“This was a really technical coarse,” Puckett explained. “There were a lot of turns. I didn’t fell like I was 100 percent, but this will do.”
Coming off a 1999 season plagued with back trouble, Puckett glided through the finish line to a second place finish, exactly what he needed to jump-start his training for next year.
Puckett started this season in the top-30 in the world in Super G and looks to carry today’s momentum into summer training, straight through to next season.
