Copper Mountain, CO March 18, 2004 – Copper Mountain officials have announced the musical line-up for Sunsation 2004. Sunsation, Copper’s end of the season blow out bash, has grown from a single weekend to a three weekend, six-day event with free concerts, on-hill events including the infamous Eenie Weenie Bikini Contest, barbecues, beer gardens and more. Sunsation is the perfect excuse to enjoy spring skiing at Copper and kick back and listen to great music by local and national artists.

Sunsation officially kicks off April 3 featuring Wu Tang Clan members, GZA the Genius with Killah Priest, and headliners Gang Starr. April 4 will include the Odd Jobs and hip hop legend De La Soul. Easter weekend, April 10-11, will highlight the sounds of gospel with Denver’s own The Heavenly Echoes, featuring Madame Andrews. The final weekend will feature Yo Flaco, Buckner Funken Jazz and the Funky Meters on April 17, and on April 18, Little Hercules and The Grayboy Allstars will heat up the stage and melt the snow on the last day of Copper’s winter season.
