Drink of the Month: Keep Tahoe Blue Fishbowl

Sierra-at-Tahoe's head bartender, Nate Lee, created this oversized umbrella drink to match the bar's over-the-top surf motif. It has nothing to do with the environmental group Keep Tahoe Blue—though it should.

2 3/4 oz. vodka
1 3/4 oz. rum
1/2 oz. blue curacao
5 oz. sweet and sour mix< br>5 oz. Sierra Mist
3 oz. pineapple juice
2 cups ice
2 straws
2 cherries
1 paper umbrella
1 rubber shark

Put ice into a 46-oz. fish bowl, then pour in booze, soda, and juice. Add blue curacao last, and stir. Patrons get to keep the bowl—and shark—as souvenirs.
