Ogden, UT, Feb. 27–U.S. racer Jakub Fiala (Breckenridge, CO) andCanadian Mike Giannelli each picked up wins in Super Series Super Graces Sunday at Snowbasin. The races were part of the Super SeriesFinals.

The weather held out to get in both races on the course which will hostspeed races in the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. A downhill race waspostponed Friday due to snowfall and poor visibility.

Fiala posted a winning time of 1:225.19 in the second race, ahead ofCanadians Chad Mullen and Cameron Culbert, who tied with a time of1:25.26.

He was followed by Stefan Overgaardin 1:22.18 and American Travis Svensrud (Bozeman, MT) was third in1:22.31. It was Svensrud’s second podium of the weekend as he was secondSaturday in the final downhill.
