BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. Sept. 21, 2004 (VR) – About two to three inches of snow blanketed Breckenridge this morning at 10,000 feet above sea level. Snow continues to fall in the high country and is reaching down to levels of 7,000 feet. According to the National Weather Service, snow is expected to continue through Wednesday in the high country. This cold front marks the first major snowfall for Colorado’s Rocky Mountains.
