Jackson Hole, Wyo.
This is ski country’s first Four Seasons Resort and a step up for retro Jackson Hole. Scheduled to open next ski season, the project will combine three Four Seasons offerings: the Residence Club, the Private Residence Club and the hotel.
The Residence Club offers 40 two- and three-bedroom units-from 1,720 to 2,240 square feet-sold in one-seventh shares. The Private Residence Club includes 17 whole-ownership condominiums. With ownership comes hotel amenities, including a 13,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, an outdoor heated pool, daily housekeeping and ski concierge service.
Two-bedroom units in the Residence Club offer dual master suites that bookend the open common area-perfect for two couples or a small family.
Fine appointments include a stone fireplace in the living room, stone flooring and granite countertops in the bathrooms, kitchen and entryway. The condos are turnkey, equipped with everything from flatwear and coffeemakers to linens and terry-cloth robes.
Residence Club and Private Residence Club owners have reciprocal rights at other Four Seasons Residence Clubs, such as the one in Aviara, Calif., and at Troon North, in Scottsdale, Ariz. But skiers who have experienced Jackson’s terrain will probably choose to spend most of their time at this latest offering.

CONS Shared ownership means no personal touches.
