Don’t be deterred by their resemblance to granddad’s stockings. I had a good day in these socks. They’re thin and fit like, well, hosiery, yet they kept my notoriously cold feet warm. And while I can’t swear that the compression feature-lots of tightly woven Lycra strategically placed to stimulate blood flow-actually reduced fatigue and made my feet more responsive, I did link lots of tele turns down black diamonds and still felt pretty good at the end of the day. Could’ve definitely had something to do with the socks.
