– Powdr Corp, owner and operator of seven leading ski and snowboard resorts in North America, announced the appointment of Jennifer Botter to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Botter will be responsible for all aspects of Powdr’s financial operations.
“With over 20 years of experience in financial and IT management for multi-billion dollar companies, Jennifer brings a wealth of leadership, financial acumen and global expertise to the Powdr team,” said John Cumming, president and chief executive officer for Powdr Corp. “This addition to our team is an evolutionary step for Powdr to remain one of the leading mountain resort owners and operators in North America.”
Botter brings an impressive track record of experience at several global organizations. Most recently, she served as chief accounting officer and vice president of finance and corporate controller for Dresser Inc., a private $2 billion world-wide industry leader providing highly engineered products for the Global Energy market. Prior to joining
Dresser Inc., Botter held senior management positions at Sun Healthcare Group Inc. and served in financial positions for various companies including IBM.
As chief financial officer for Powdr Corp, Botter will assume primary responsibility for planning, directing and controlling all of Powdr Corp resorts accounting and financial practices.
