COPPER MOUNTAIN, CO, Dec. 15, 2003--Pravda, Copper Mountain's premiere nightlife destination, is welcoming guests for the 2003-04 winter season. After officially opening in April 2003, Pravda is the epicenter of Copper's nightlife.
Promising intrigue and adventure for nocturnal patrons, Pravda recreates the atmosphere of the Cold War. New this season: Soviet era propaganda posters that make visiting Pravda feel like a trip on a time machine. And, coming in January, a special menu of authentic Russian delicacies, including mushrooms pickled in a delicious marinade made with garlic and select herbs and spices.
Located in the Village at Copper—at the base of Copper Mountain—Pravda offers a caliber of nightlife typically unavailable at ski resorts. The Pravda experience includes a live DJ, dancing and excitement. Pravda features an exclusive list of 40 vodkas, served ice-cold. The Pravda scene offers mellow lounging in the early evening, which escalates—as darkness falls—into an exciting frenzy of bar-top dancing.
"After a huge opening in April, we are ready for the Holidays and the 2004 season," said Greg Silas, General Manager of Pravda. "Our first full season is well underway and the nightlife scene at Copper will never be the same again. We are excited to offer guests a caliber of nightlife that matches the excellence of Copper's daytime activities," Greg added.
