Adjust the shoulder bars so that they firmly touch your shoulders when your heels are fully dropped. Stand on the platform on the balls of your feet with your feet a few inches apart. Looking straight ahead, keep your torso contracted and a slight bend in the knees as you slowly raise up onto the balls of feet. Hold at the top for a second and release to the count of three.
