SANDPOINT, ID – March 14, 2008 – Schweitzer’s 08-09 season passes go on sale beginning March 15th, 2008, and are available at last year’s prices until June 1st, 2008. Adult Sunday through Friday passes are $399 and adult unlimited passes cost $599 if purchased before June, when they will increase to our standard early purchase rates.
“It’s a bonus that the timing of this savings program falls in line with our government’s recent decision to issue economic stimulus checks”, said Dave Kulis, director of sales and marketing for Schweitzer. “A Schweitzer season pass would be one way to make that check stretch through the end of the year and beyond.”
Sunday through Friday season passes are valid every day of the ski season except Saturday, and unlimited season passes are valid every day of the season with no blackout dates. Both passes also allow people to ski and ride beginning on the purchase date this year, through the end of the 07-08 season. Another benefit of purchasing now is that both passes allow people to enjoy scenic chairlift rides any day we are open during our summer season, beginning Memorial Day Weekend and ending Labor Day Weekend.
A complete listing of passes, rates, and programs that combine season passes with instruction, is available online at www.schweitzer.com, by phone at (208) 263-9555 x 2313, or in person at Schweitzer. Passes can be purchased through all three avenues as well.
