Bretton Woods, NH, Feb. 14--Cupid shot off arrows at the top of Bretton Woods Ski Resort, over the weekend. Skier Shayne Flavell and snowboarder Edin Nacar, both of Duxbury, MA, were married at the summit on Saturday.

"We couldn't think of a better place to be married," said Edin Nacar. "We'll celebrate our wedding here today, but w're planning a reception for our friends and family in the spring."

The couple eschewed traditional wedding attire, opting instead for ski slope apparel. The bride wore an ivory cableknit sweater, nylon wind pants, and ski boots. "The groom wore a gray and green parka, and snowboard pants and boots.

The stunning panorama of Mt. Washington and the Presidential Range made for a romantic and memorable backdrop for the ceremony, which was attended by a handful of family and friends.

No word yet as to whether the happy couple plans to raise their kids as skiers or snowboarders.
