Lean against a wall with your arms above your head. Place one leg behind you so you feel a gentle calf stretch. Keep your heel on the ground. With the other leg, reach back and to the outside, pointing with the toes. Then lift the leg up and across your body, bringing your knee toward the opposite shoulder. Do two sets of 12 reps on each side.
