Oberhofen, Switzerland, Dec. 4, 2001 (AP)–Three women’s races in World Cup skiing were called off at the French resort of Megeve because of lack of snow.

The international ski federation announced the move Tuesday and has not yet said when and where the races will take place.

The federation had planned two super giant slaloms and a slalom in the village Dec. 14-16. One of the super giant slaloms had been moved to Megeve because of lack of snow at another French resort, Val d’Isere.
